Bodybuilding helps you develop muscle mass, strength and endurance. This activity is practiced in spaces equipped with more than forty free load stations, guided loads and dumbbells ranging from 1kg to 50 kg. Complete equipment to work the muscles of your body in order to modify it according to your own criteria: weight loss, overall firming, development of certain areas of the body, definition of the silhouette, etc. Not all devices and exercises are suitable for everyone. It is important to seek advice from experienced coaches before embarking on a bodybuilding program. The entire team in our room is available all week to support new and old members in achieving their goals.
